The Art of Noticing
What happens when we stop focusing on what is missing—and start noticing and responding to what is already there?
Hola que tal?
An invitation that arrived twice, a little Spanglish—and the gifts we nearly miss.
Life—and the universe—can be very funny sometimes…
We can spend days complaining about what we don’t have: abundance, connection, inspiration, opportunities, direction…
Then, the moment we step outside and take one small action, life suddenly throws everything our way at once. Sometimes almost more than we know how to handle. 😂
That was exactly how this week felt for me.
It has been weird 👀, interesting, emotionally up and down, fun—and unexpectedly rewarding.
Perhaps it has something to do with 10/10/2026 and the new moon, if you’re also an astrology or numerology lover…2+0+2+6=10 🌚✨
10/10/10 + New Moon in Libra
This date holds a special energy and meaning —the month, day and digits of the year each add to 10.
In numerology, 10 represents completion and a new beginning. The New Moon🌙 in Libra brings themes of balance, connection and fresh intentions, and lays the foundation for the year ahead in Kabbalistic tradition.
A little cosmic invitation to reset—and take the first step. ✨
And my first step began with an email.
I received an unexpected invitation to an influencer(me?!) & content creator event in Málaga. I read the first email, thought:
Hmm… interesting. And then ignored it. (Because it’s all in Spanish lol)
Then a second email arrived—this time offering me not 1 but 2 free tickets!!
It felt like the universe was saying:
Excuse me, did you miss the first invitation? Fine—I’ll make it easier. I know you like FREE stuff. 👀😂
So I went alone.
But after an early morning and hours of Spanish, I nearly left halfway through. 💤
Apparently, the back-to-school feeling had also revived some old habit of sleeping in class lol)
Instead, I bought myself a coffee and a Kinder Bueno, sat outside in the sunshine and watched campus life for a while.
That little kinder bueno pause changed something.
I decided to stay.
When I returned, the energy on stage felt different. The earlier talks had been heavier on statistics and how-to advice—useful and interesting, but my sleepy brain was struggling a little. ;)
Then the next speaker, began talking about something completely different: the caring for the human being behind the content—the real person behind all the ROI and social-media metrics.
Her message really resonated with me, so after her talk, I introduced myself.
That small HELLO led to a quick chat and, today, a proper coffee conversation. During our coffee, she mentioned a phrase that became the idea for this Little Note✨:
The art of noticing.
After hearing a little of her story, I felt inspired by the courage it took to become who she is and build what she has today.
And when she used that phrase, something clicked. It described exactly what I had been sharing—and murmuring about—after the conference.
The invitations had been there.
The opportunities were there.
The connections were there.
But I still had to notice them, respond to them and place myself in the room and say Hola to strangers, and try my best to communicate with my Spanglish.
Perhaps those conversations will open another door, and perhaps they won’t.
If you never try, you'll never know.
But one thing is certain: my Spanglish definitely improved after four straight hours of Spanish brainwashing—I mean, immersion. 😆
Getting to know her also gave me another kind of gift: proof of what is possible.
She has already created parts of the future I’m working towards. We seem to be walking along similar paths, with similar intentions, while using different forms of art to shape and share our own stories.
Sometimes life introduces us to people who become living evidence that what we want is within reach.
Embodiment Moves Beyond Imagination.
As a hypnotist, visualization practices is one of the most powerful tools to help people embody the version of themselves they want to become. But the next level of embodiment moves beyond imagination.
It means immersing ourselves among people who already embody parts of what we desire—observing them, learning from them and allowing their example to expand to our FULL sense of what is possible.
Sometimes, the simplest way to elevate ourselves is to enter the rooms, conversations and energy of the level we want to reach—the level we are already meant to grow into.
So this Little Note is simply a gentle reminder:
Opportunities, connections, inspiration and abundance are everywhere.
They arrive as invitations, conversations, people across the room—and emails waiting to be answered.
The art is NOT ONLY in noticing them.
We need to be present enough to recognise them, open enough to receive them and willing enough to respond.
We don’t need to chase every possibility or say yes to everything.
We simply need to slow down, pause for a second, buy ourselves a Kinder Bueno if necessary—and turn our attention towards what we’ve been asking for.
The proof is already around us.
The invitations are already waiting.
Life is already showing us the next step.
So here is a little question for you —
What have you been asking for that is already standing in front of you, waiting to be noticed?.
Pause. Look around. Open your arms. Receive the gift—and take one small step towards it.
And when the universe sends the next invitations —
will you answer? ✨
Consider this is your next invitations ;)
