In this in-person workshop, we’ll explore the deeper patterns behind sleep through sound, guided awareness, and gentle reflection.

Evening Flow

During this 120-minute session you will experience:
• Sound relaxation with crystal singing bowls
• Sleep, stress and burnout awareness exploration
• Guided reflection and conversation
• Closing sound & subconscious integration
• Delicious bites and 1 drink at Reviv Café
